You now need to clean this 4 hole mounting plate. Scrape it clean of any surface corrosion or debris. Clean the axel with solvent paying special attention to the rear axel seal surface (shiny in the photo). If seal surface is scratched--sand it with 400-600 grit emory or silicon carbide paper. The new seal that you order should have a double rubber seal--make sure of this when you order it.
