I just returned from New York with my "new" 65 Nauset. I stopped by Nautical Lumber in Detroit for mahogany for the new console. I couldn't afford the finished product so Mike is making up a kit for less money. I enjoy and take pride in constructing and finishing the wood myself and have already done so with my 68.
I have to put a word in for Mike and Nautical Lumber here: When a business owner sells an item that he himself makes and takes the time ,and has the talent to do it to perfection...I feel compelled to comment and recommend him. Thanks Mike and thanks to Whaler Central for putting me on to his company.
Now a question. My new Whaler has a 99 Johnson 100 hp with an external oil injection tank. What is involved in eliminating the separate tank and just mixing the oil with the gas?
