Hello all. It's been awhile since I've been on here... Anyway I purchased a used 1998 Johnson 35 horse/electric start today, I do still need to get controls for it however. It's in really good shape and I think it should be the perfect horsepower amount for my 13'. I will be sure to finally post pictures in a day or two. The boat didn't have a console when I bought it but I have managed to pick one up that's in fair condition. The motor is a long shaft so I will be purchasing the Transdapter for it. The bottom of the hull is painted and we've flipped it over and are sanding down the inside. We used Interlux on the bottom and were very happy with the results. Pictures to come soon! This site has been very helpful with the tons of info it has to offer. Really excited to get this boat on the water and see how she runs.
