Cleaning vinyl is a delicate business. Stay away from abrasive materials. There is a top coat to marine vinyl that abrasives will strip. with the top coat gone the vinyl will deteriorate very quickly.
For stains try scrubbing away all the loose material you can. make a paste of vinegar and and baking soda. put the paste on the stain allow to dry. brush away the loose material, repeat if necessary.
when you are thru cleaning apply aerospace 303 protect ant to renew the UV protection to the top coat.

A paste made using Bar Keepers Friend may help remove some organic stains. A couple of years ago found that Spray-n-Wash is a pretty good inexpensive vinyl cleaner.

There are some stains in Whaler Tan Pleat upholstery that just won't come off. But for most, including dirt embedded in the vinyl grain, I use Starbrite's Non-Skid Deck cleaner, or "Super Clean" in the purple spray bottle. Both work like magic and make the vinyl look like new. Both are liquids with no abrasives.

My son-inlaw's brother had a new pontoon boat on the river with white vinyl seats & couches. He didn't keep it covered all the time and leaves fell onto the seats and permanently stained them. He tried every cleaner in the world with no luck. His boat insurer wouldn't pay for new vinyl but said they would scrap out the boat & pay him off. That is what he did. The insurance co. sold it but paid him alot more than it sold for.

I had a couple of stains on my vinyl and tried every cleaner with no help. I bought some vinyl fabric spray paint and it works perfect. The brand name is "Dupli-Color" vinyl and fabric coating. I bought it at a auto parts store. Just tape it off to prevent over spray. You won't believe the results, like new!.
Their web site is www.duplicolor.com

Myself ,I have found Krud Kutter to remove nearly everything I have encountered for all surfaces on a boat. It is actually non toxic / bio-degradable as well. For those stains that did not come up using krud kutter on vinyl, I used Acetone. I have never once had it melt the vinyl though I do not let it sit on it either. I wet a rag with it and begin to scrub the area. It usually cleans so well that I end up having to do the whole cushion.

I see that you have a 2004 Nantucket 190 – I would check to make sure that your cushions/any bolsters are not made of OMNOVA vinyl (protected by a finish called PreFixx.) There are specific recommendations/steps on how to clean this material. I had some stubborn stains/ground in marks from people stepping on/over my bolsters. Tried soap and water (first recommendation btw) but the marks would not come out and I was very hesitant to use any type of abrasive on them. After reading the recommended cleaning steps on the company website (i.e. when all else fails read the owner’s manual, right), the next step recommended was rubbing alcohol - Stains disappeared. I am not suggesting that any of the above mentioned products would not do the job, just maybe research what the manufacturer recommends.

Oven cleaner - be very careful to not leave it on long. Do not get the lemon it will yellow the spot.
