I know there is a dauntless 15 or 16 out there with a T Top on it, i have seen it on here before. looking for a pic of one. i have the bimini t top on mine and like the add rod holders and storage and shade. Isaved up some money and would like to put a real t top on.

If not readily available "over the counter", T-tops can be custom made for virtually any boat that can structurally support them. That said, I would caution against installing a T-top on a boat as small as yours. The mass and aerodynamic drag will have a noticeably adverse effect on performance and handling, and if you fish from your Dauntless, you will find that your casting space will be severely restricted.
From a purely aesthetic point of view, I have always thought that T-tops look silly on boats under 19 or 20 feet, but that's just my opinion.
Slather on the sunscreen, buy a good hat, and deploy the bimini if you're really feeling cooked. The Dauntless 15 is a great little boat, but I don't think a T-top would do anything to enhance its many attributes.

I would'nt want to upset the low center of gravity that the smaller model's use for their stability. Some of the options on the larger model's are just not practical on the smaller models. I like the "Crash" bars that wrap around the outboard engine on the larger Whalers to protect the motor, after consulting the "wise ones" on W/C, I realized that due to the thinner wall's on my model (sport 15), it was "NOT" a good idea to have them installed. It's still o.k. to daydream about modification's to your boat, it's part of the FUN of owning a "WHALER", you have a nice looking boat.
