Best product to fill in old screw holes in fiberglass hull

On my boat there are two rails, with a number of screws fastened into the fiberglass, to sustain a -not OEM- wooden flooring (see my personal page - picture n. 5).
Do you have any recommendations for fixing stripped screw holes in the hull?
According to the “wood locating diagram” there is no wood underneath in that area to screw into.
What do you suggest to fill the old screw hole with when the screw comes loose?
I was thinking of filling it with epoxy then re-drilling, but will it hold?
I am afraid that epoxy would "give" when turning the screws into it, it'd crack.

“Polyester resin” ...... that's a very good indication.
Do you have any brand name to suggest?
I can purchase either in USA, but I don’t know what product to buy or I can get it here in Italy.
I am in contact with a local producer with a number of different polyester resins in stock, however they asked to me what kind of foam is the Boston Whaler one. It seems to be essential to choose the best one. Have you a proper chemical definition of "Boston Whaler foam"?

I just buy a finishing resin that will harden even exposed to air, then sand flush. I don't know any other details that that.

Use a good 2 part epxoy, (west system) and mix it with some high density adhesive filler. Hardening time depending on which which hardner you use. I actually pull it into a coffee stirrer straw the blow into hole to make sure I don't have a hollow area. Wipe it off flush and redrill when set.

I didn't realize you wanted to reuse the holes. I would do the hockey puck method then. You should be able to search and find threads on this.

Now I understand!
I was focusing on how resin could act together with existing foam to realize a solid base, like wood, to reuse the holes and to fasten my screws.
While your suggestion is to use the ”Hockey Puck Method”:
1. Over drill the hole bigger than the original hole, then put a nail bent 90 degrees in a drill chuck (or an allen wrench), put it in the hole and use it to widen the hole under the fiberglass. Pull it into a coffee stirrer straw the blow into hole to make sure you don't have a hollow area;
2. Wipe it off flush then fill the whole thing with thickened epoxy, use a good 2 part epoxy, (west system) and mix it with some high density adhesive filler, let set and remount to the new epoxy “puck”;
3. Redrill when set. It helps spread the load across a larger area of glass.

The platform or flooring (I don't know the correct naval term in English) is removable to have access to the splash well. It lays on two rails which are attached to the hull. There a single “leg” in the center astern on the most sensitive point . Platform is tied down on the bow eyebolt ahead.
I will send pictures ASAP.
In the eighties the Italian BW dealer offered as optional a sun bed on white "grating". You can partially see it on picture nr 10 of my personal page. That’s no more available at the moment. If you like, I can provide a larger picture with you. My solution provides larger and more accessible space underneath (I keep life jackets in a waterproof tailored bag), on the other hand I experinced problems with screws holes.

I have just received an answer from the Italian specialist on resins. They would add also a Threaded Insert while filling the hole. That soounds a good to me! I placed two pictures that they sent to me on my personal page.
