Hi, just a thought but, be care full that the wood doesn't warp, if you are going to remove all the glass to let it dry out. I'd let it dry slow as possible to help prevent this. Just a thought ~
Well finished removing hoses, foam in top of tank, straps holding tank down and cut the foam along the tank perimeter. I now know what everyone was saying when they stated how hard it is to get the tank out of the cavity. What a mess under the deck. 24 years of unknown substance front to back. It looks like at some point, someone jumped from the dock onto the deck. I noticed on top of the stringer, it is flatened out on top and the glass is cracked. When it warms up, I will pull the boat out of the garage and power wash the inside.
