I just re-did my console on my Sakonnet and need a way to clean the rubber moulding around the windows. Any ideas or is there a place to purchase new? Thanks

You might want to try some "Tire shine" by "Eagle one" (auto store), some product's like "Armor all" are good but, they tend to dry out the rubber.

At the advice from folks here and on CW - I've been using Penetrol on my rub rail and Z-legs. Available at Home Depot for $6.

It is amazing what can be cleaned in the dishwasher. I have cleaned my 9mm & .38 S&W in the dishwasher many times. After 15 yrs, they have NEVER failed to fire.

Dishwasher soap is a very harsh soap and can be hard on materials. I would not put any metal I wished to preserver in the dishwasher.
