I have an 10' alum jon boat that is really unstable when I take the kids out on the ponds near me. I saw a 9' tender for sale that might be a bit more stable. I'm looking at it tomorrow. The guy is asking $750 for the boat and a small trailer. Has anyone had any experience with these small boats? How much more stable will it be than the jon boat I have now?
