how do you mount the unit on your boat with out it kinking?
Using quality fuel line works well for me. If your having trouble with the fuel line kinking near the separator, you may have chosen a place for the installation that just doesn't allow the fuel line reasonable room to make a bend without kinking. Sometimes 90° fittings can be used on the separator to help keep the fuel line better positioned. Some cheap thin-walled fuel lines kink easy as well.
If you look at this persons first post post I believe it is a 19 revenge 1974 (banana hull) I was just trying to show the hoses that connect to the water separator that might kink.
