My plan is to cut the floor down the center where I already have bad gelcoat and glass that I need to replace. Then dig out the foam as far out toward the sides as I can. I replace it with 2 part foam. Ii suspect when I get to that point, I will weigh the hull again, dig out as much foam as I can and reweight and see where I get too. I also plan to dig out some foam from the port side where a bad replacement rail was installed that left a huge hole and we foam.
I got a reply from Chuck Bennett around the location of the braces. They were not always in the same place so you have to find them by tapping on the floor.
