tighten up a throttle

My throttle has gotten to where it will not hold speed unless i hold it. i am sure that this can be tightened up. does anybody have experience with tightening up a Yamaha throttle.

Not sure about the "Yammi" control box (I have Bombardier) but, there should be a throttle friction adjustment knob on the control box near the side or bottom.
