Question about Gas in engine.

Member Personal Page Posts: 80 Comments: 2 Joined: 05/17/09	I have to go out of town for a little over three weeks. Is it better to run all of the gas out of the engine or leave it as is? I know for long periods of sitting, fogging oil needs to be used. I just wanted some opinions on what is best for a short period of no use? Site Owner Personal Page Personal Album Photo Albums Project Albums Posts: 11434 Comments: 452 Joined: 03/18/05	If you have an oil injected engine, VRO, it is never a good idea to run it out of fuel. Fog the engine and treat the fuel with an additive for sustained periods of non-use.
