Which Baystar hydraulic cylinder?

Member Posts: 10 Comments: 0 Joined: 05/21/09	I am going to purchase a Baystar system but I'm not sure what hydraulic cylinder I need. I have a 1990 Evinrude 88SPL that I am going to mount on a CMC PT130. I see that the Baystar kits come with cylinder HC4645H. When I looked at the Baystar website I don't see any listing for the 1990 engines. I found a UK website that had 1990 engines and it indicated I needed cylinder HC4648H. Does anyone know if I can use the kits that come with HC4645H? What is the difference between the two cylinders? The boat is a 1961 16'. Thanks, Kevin

That doesn't sound too promising to me. I suggest a phone call to Teleflex.
