I should have looked at actual chips rather than the web site when I selected Matterhorn White for the deck of my J/24 (with non-skid additive). It was entirely too bright. The glare was bad, and streaks would show after every rain.

I want to know a color also. I wasn't thinking when I just bought white to paint my bow hatch. Need to be a lil' darker. I'll let ya know something if I find something.

I used Awl grip on my 15 footer. I started with insignia white. Bad choice. I painted the boat outside in the summer. As soon as the paint was dry I knew it was blinding white. I went back and bought oyster white and loved it. There is no glare, I plan on painting the inside of my newest project with the same color.

I sprayed the entire hull and sprinkled in the non skid. I think this Time I will Roll the nonskid areas. I think I can get a more even coverage of the non skid.
