battery and fuel through the tunnel

Member Posts: 82 Comments: 0 Joined: 08/01/08	I think some of you have done this. What do I need to do in order to safely run my battery and fuel lines through my tunnel? Any extra precautions like conduit etc?

Member Posts: 4 Comments: 0 Joined: 03/31/09	I have a 1975 16' Currituck - and I decided to use that black mesh - looks like chinese finger torture type wrapping and put my fuel line and wiring inside it to make it 'neat'... I also uses zip ties here & there to keep wires together... bad ideas... zip ties caught everywhere on the mesh wrapping... and - 1/2 way thru season, all it di was collect dirt and sand and leaves.... every winter I pull everything out and powerwash the tunnel for 20 minutes - it's amazing what collects down there in a summer...
