I may have an opportunity to travel to Gulf Shores in the next 60 days and could take my Montauk. What is the weather like this time of year and what kind of water conditions could I expect. Not going fishing, just enjoying the water.

Thanks,
Terry

It changes from day to day. It could be 20* and windy or it could be 78*. the fronts come through pretty fast this time of year. Last weekend it was in the low 30's on Thursday am and I had to use the a/c on Friday. Kalamazoo is a long way to haul a boat to take a chance. If you coming from closer, I'd say bring it. If you're there for a few days you'll surely get at least one day that will work.
I'll be there next weekend, snow, rain, or shine. No boat.
Mike
