Hi guys, as I have mentioned in a previous post I am repower my 1974 Montauk 17’ with a Yamaha F70. I currently have a 2003 90hp four stroke mounted all the way down. My plan is to have the dealer mount the the F70 two holes up as recommended. To clarify what needs to be done, it is my understanding that the lower holes will need to be filled and new ones drilled. The two upper holes can remain the same and will work with current placement with the Yamaha? Is that correct? Thank you.

Chris
