I recently launched my boat for the season. Engines and engine gauges work fine. I cannot get any of the accessories to function - lights, Garmin, etc. Bilge pumps not working either. I have tried resetting fuses and testing batteries. It appears all this is fine. Is there a main accessory cut off or a fuse for non-essential electrical that is located elsewhere from the main power panel?

Do you have an Outrage 23 or an Outrage 230? What year?

Who put the boat away?

Look at the house battery, not starting battery, and check to see it is connected.

Oops. Sorry. Outrage 230. 2017. Single 250 Verado engine. Dual batteries.

Both batteries are connected. It was stored for the winter indoor by my local marine dealer. He’s not a whaler dealer though.

Davenport,
Your boat in your profile says you have a 2019 Outrage 230.
But now you say you have a 2017.......

Which is it?
Just like automobiles, years can make a huge difference.

With main power OFF, ignition off, flip every breaker off then on.

Reset all push button breakers.

Turn on main power.

Review your owners manuals for the locations of all the breakers. Some models have sub panels and breakers in aft locations.

Report back.

First, I thought it was a 2019, but my wife corrected me as she often does. 2017 230 Outrage.

Second, I tried resetting all breakers that I can find, and still nothing. I saw in the owners manual there is something called a "House Breaker" but it is not in the location specified (near batteries on starboard side of interior console). I cannot locate anything that looks like a breaker outside of the panel.

A friend suggested checking both batteries are equally charged. Do you know if one battery is for engine only, and the other is for accessories? If so, could there be a fuse or battery problem with just one of them, allowing the boat to appear to function but actually having a battery issue?
