Starboard running light problem

Member Posts: 7 Comments: 0 Joined: 06/26/09	The starboard green running light does not come on. All others work. When check with a multimeter the volts show 9. Does this mean that the light is not getting enough voltage to get it to come on? If this is the problem, how do I get the voltage to increase to 12? Your help will be most appreciated.
