2018 Montauk 150 gas tank

Member Posts: 3 Comments: 0 Joined: 03/22/23	I just purchase a 2018 Montauk 150 (first boat) and I noticed that the gas tank cap is an issue when it comes to refueling the gas tank, therefore I looked all over for a solution but I couldn't find one. If you have done any modifications please share them with me.

Member Posts: 3 Comments: 0 Joined: 03/22/23	My bad. The main issue is removing the gas cap before being able to pull out the 12 gallon tank. There is literally no space available to pull out the gas tank. You must place your hand under the seat and then twist off the cap. Just wondering if anyone found a solution to this issue. I did notice that the newer Montauk 150's have a lot more space available for retrieving the gas tank.
