I have a 1974 Montauk. Any suggestions for a good way to support the boat cover ? The previous owner moved the CC and seat forward. This makes more fishing room in the back, but more area for the cover to sag between the CC and transom

Thanks Joe

pole support.

or
2x4 in the shape of a T. Use twine to keep in place.

or

Make a hoop or hoops out of 1/2" PVC pipe the curves up and down. Cut a notch in the ends so it sits on the edge of the gunnel or aft rail if installed.
