Hi. I recently acquired a 1988 Revenge 22WT with twin 1988 Mercury 100s. They are hull mounted - no "Whaler Drive" or bracket.
I have been scouring the discussion forums looking for ways to get swimmers in and out of the water. Real estate is tight in the stern due to the twins. I don't think a conventional platform would fit.
I was thinking about an ladder that has a small plate mounted to the hull, and the ladder itself is removeable. Something like this.... Not this one per se, I think there are some better quailty options out there.

I would welcome any thoughts or ideas. Ideally I don't think there is any wood in the glass where I would like to mount it. What does everyone else do?
Depending on your space availability one of the less expensive options would be an "over the gunwale" ladder you could hang as far aft as possible. I believe I have seen one that folds in the center and requires less storage space.
