im new to the forum and a new owner of a Montauk 17 1988. It was re powered in 2006 with a 90 Mercury Optimax. yes, I know that im a little behind the times with a 2 stroke, but anyways...........Does anyone have any advice, good or bad, worries or stories about this motor........Ill be in St. Augustine for the next few months if anyone wants to share their fishing stories, baits of choice or ideas of where to go.........
