In over 20 years on several Whaler boards I have never seen anything like this on a whaler. The closest thing is a polling platform above the engine. Sounds clever and it is a convenient location for a bait station. It could include a live bait well. Thanks for the information. I'll be looking for this in the future. Does your 25 Outrage have a notched transom? Butch
