During fabrication the outer and inner skins of the hull are bonded together and expanding foam was poured, via the hole, into the cavity. It expanded and excess foam escaped. The hole was covered with epoxy and gelcoat. All Whalers have one or more sprue holes. 1992 Outrage 17 I 2019 E-TEC 90, Viper 17 2+ 2018 Load Rite Elite 18280096VT
