1972 Boston whaler... I sent a email to Boston whaler with the serial number " 3A6269" they said it was a bass boat .. The catalog he sent me looked nothing like it ..

I can email pics I can't put it on the site I guess it's too big of a pic... To me it looks like a Nauset or sakonett 16'7" it has a center mahogany console and it looks exactly like the boats

Nick -

It was a Bass Boat model when sold. The hull is the standard 16'7 with a unique interior.

A prior owner has removed the entire interior so it would be considered a 16' Custom.

Are you a new owner?

The access panel on the inboard wall of the splashwell is interesting.

Nick: The console looks like a Nauset/Sakonnet/Eastport mahogany console with the windshield removed.

Yes I am a new owner .. I will be restoring it ... How are these boats in chop I will be using it for inshore fishing saltwater , in the Tampa ,FL area .. It has a 1986 Johnson 110 VRO
