The screws holding the compartment in place has came out on my 1999 Dauntless 18. I was just going to remove the current screws and replace with new ones. All of the hardware looks fine. Anyone else have to replace these? If so any advice?
I like using a two part epoxy with a syringe applicator into the hole with a small hardwood splinter. You can dry test the splinter for sizing before the epoxy. Too big and it throws off the original pilot hole. Sometimes two small ones.
