I have a 1999 Conquest 23' and am wondering where do I mount the threw hull transducer. I looked on BW website and didn't see anything for this boat. Looking in the bilge forward of the fuel tank there looks to be a area where it dips down in a 1'x1' area but that's pretty far forward. in the back it all looked the same so not sure.
Also down by the single battery in the bilge (not the 2 in the back by the motors) there is a black box with cooling fins and like 5 large power wires going to it. What is this? I have never seen one before.
I also don't see a master switch anywhere. Just 2 battery switches back by the engine on the gunnel. One for each motor and the one for motor 1 also supply's power to the electronics. Really want to have a master switch for the electronics. Might have to put one in.
How is the house battery charged? One switch one the electronics turn on but not sure what battery its using. There are 2 battery's back by the motors and one forward in the bilge. There is a onboard battery charger but that looks like its to plug a AC Cord into for charging.
Its a new to me boat and just trying to get a handle how everything works.
