HIN number for Outrage

The only thing they were able to give me is a stencil number : A50302 According to their info, it was built between 1987 and 1989 but very limited information. For France, I will need a HIN number but I really don't know who to connect with in order to get it. Could you help me please ? Thank you very much ! Antoine
