I'm thinking about having these types of list only viewable to members that have already included their boat info.
That might persuade or encourage the others to include their boat info so they can see these lists.
As the lists are now, all members can view them but non-members cannot.
I fix about 2 of these everyday on average for all the different model names and sizes.
Many times the name of the model is right on the side of the boat or the console but I guess quite a few people don't think that is correct so they put down something different.
Example:
Most all early versions have Montauk 17' on the side up untill 2002 and then the newer models with the new hulls have Montauk 170 on the sides.
I'm not sure why some owners don't think about that more closely. Or, look at the models that were made to see what they have.
