Good Morning Joe, As not to derail the navigation panel thread I thought I would start another thread.
When I logged on this morning I clicked my favorite button for Whaler Central - which today brought me directly to the forums listing page. About a week ago I had to update my link as something had changed and wasnt taking me to the home page. Now Imagine my surprise this morning when I thought the home page changed again. I had mentioned how much I liked the latest threads listing and now it was gone all together. Of course after a minute I decided to hit the home button and it brought up the proper home page.
Is it possible that people are not even on the proper homepage due to old links?
I think I fixed my problem by changing the properties of my link to read http://www.whalercentral.com
but when you hit make a favorite it uses whatever the address currently is which was my problem this morning.
I liked the "Latest Threads" also. I tried the "Latest Comments" link in the left side panel but it shows the messages differently. It doesn't show the thread topic or forum topic area. It seemed liked the previous version showed the forum discussion area and thread topic.

Yes, you can also click on the WhalerCentral logo and that will take you Home and/or to the current start page.

Exactly.
We do sometimes change the start page.
This is why in the past I suggest everyone to use the bookmark of:
http://www.whalercentral.com
IMPORTANT: use the www and nothing behind the .com even though something may be added there depending on the start page.
