Simple to use, just drag and drop the picture into the FIR window and it will create a sub-directory folder named Resized with the smaller image in it. Right click on the smaller image and select PROPERTIES, make sure the size is less than 125kb, if not select a lower resolution in the FIR window and try again. http://adionsoft.net/fastimageresize/ageresize/ Dave - 1983 Outrage 22
