Member Posts: 2 Comments: 0 Joined: 03/16/11	Im trying to clairify my model. The hull ID is 3A2863 or 342863. For years weve reffered to it as a 1969 17' Montauk, but after looking around the site, I think Im wrong. Is there a place I can plug the ID number into?

The best place to start looking for things is in the FAQ link on the left sidebar.... In the article section we also have the Stencil and HIN numbers of different models. http://www.whalercentral.com/articles...icle_id=61 As you already have found out, the Montauk first came out in 1973. That information can also be found in the "Whaler Models and Info" section on the left sidebar. Look through this link to see if you can find a photo of your model.
