The helm cable on my 1968 13' sport is no good and needs to be replaced. Can anyone tell me the correct length to order? I want to order and take out old one while waiting for delivery. Thanks.
You need to measure, really. I believe I used 8' cable on my 1976 hull, but since the fore/aft placement of the seats and console varies boat to boat, it's best to measure as specified by the cable maker.
