I have a mantauki 19 with 2 broken bolts on one of the aft cleats. What is the easiest way to repair this? Do I drill out the old bolts. What material is the backing made of inside the hull? thks

There is no such thing as a mantauki 19. You will have to tell us what model and year Whaler you own before we can answer your questions.

Tom,
I have a 2005 150 sport. where is it safe to drill in and mount things like cleats, etc. I assume certain areas have backing and certain areas don't. What type screws do you use? Thanks.
