Fuel tank material

Member Posts: 20 Comments: 0 Joined: 02/07/08	Looking at a fuel tank in the access hole in the floor for fuel line connections how do you tell the difference between polyethylene or fiberglass? The tank in question is brown and smooth with no appearance of a matt material in construction. Thanks
