I also have this exact problem only at high speed. I thought it was all prop torque. I also wanted to moved my transducer to the starboard side anyway. It didn't help the list problem at all but the fish finder works now at wot. Tom Clark told me to move my motor up a while ago for many other reasons, now here is another. Maybe I will tackle that this weekend.

Tom's expertise will definitely supercede my makeshift trim tab which is just a temporary fix (hopefully, I hear that 5200 stuff can be tough to get off...in any case, I can sand the wedge down to be operationally insignificant). I was fortunate enough to come across an SST or Viper 13 7/8 x 17 prop which will help my rpm sitation (too low @ WOT) and when I mount the new wheel I'm going to raise my engine two notches (approx 1 1/2 inch)...that should properly correct any listing anomaly...Take care, talk soon...Ralph

Ralph, You may want to look at other things for your RPMs. I have a 13-1/4" x 20 prop on my 90 and get 5500 at 43mph. My motor is all the way down, you might want to try raising the motor first it should be done anyway. Your 19 pitch prop might be right.

5200 isn't tough to get off. It's impossible to get off.
I learned a long time ago never to apply 5200 to a gelcoated surface unless you are absolutely sure that the application is permanent.

It was the transducer, after all.
Just to wrap this thread up:
Since raising the engine on the transom would require drilling and filling (bottom bolts not adjustable), and new props are expensive, I was hoping that the fishfinder transducer was the problem. As it turned out, that was exactly the case.
The thing was so huge (actual dimensions: 1.75" diameter x 6.25" long) and poorly located that it was acting as a foil and lifting the starboard side of the boat. The transducer was also mounted on a stationary bracket that would not allow it to be flipped up out of harm's way. I'm not sure what the PO was thinking, there. Maybe he was worried that it would constantly dislocate involuntarily?
In any case, I removed the transducer this past weekend, and it solved the problem almost completely. When the engine is trimmed just right, there is still a very slight list to port at WOT, but it is hardly noticeable, and it all but disappears when there is another adult aboard who is positioned starboard of the centerline.
BTW, Tom, the prop is a stainless unit with only the vitals (13.25 x 17) stamped on it. I could not find a mfg's. ID on it anywhere.

I got my rpm problem solved by switching from the aluminum 13 x 19 prop to a 13 3/8 x 17 SST and now get 5400 rpm instead of the 5000 at WOT. I didn't raise my engine because I didn't know if the engine mount bracket had slots for the two lower blind bolts (anyone know?). Now however, the boat lists noticably to starboard at anything over 3000 rpm and my (GPS) speed seems to have reduced to 38mph from 40 WOT. I think the starboard list will be remedied if I remove the makeshift trimtab wedge I put on the port bottom to offset the original list to port. We'll figure this thing out eventually, but glad to have my rpm where it should be...speed's not very important to me as I'm usually in the Gulf where you can't pound a Whaler too fast anyway.

I Moved my motor up 2 holes, top bolts now sit in the third hole down. Have not had a chance to get to WOT yet as the water I have been in is a bit rough and have not noticed the list problem either. But the boat jumps on a plane much quicker without as much bow lift and the motor doesn't seem to have to work as hard to do it. I'll let you after I get on some calmer water how it reacts at high speed.
