So I got lucky with the original owner of my Montauk and was granted the SS stern light stem...
Q1 - Sternlight lightbulb. Someone out there give me a clue as to what light goes in there (model#) and also the best place to buy a globe. I saw that SpecialtyMarine has them for about 20+ship.

Q2 - Bow Rails. My bowrails are sitting in little pools of rust stainings. I have some starbright hull cleaner on deck to remove the rust - however I would like to know how these rails are mounted into the gunwales. Are they just sank into the reinforced woodbacking or are they backed by embedded nuts? NOTE - I am not removing the standoffs - just the railbases off of the surfaces.

Q3 - What is the best online shop to purchase teak in stock/standard precut sizes?

Any and all information will be helpful

Thanks again...

I've seen the globes on eBay for ~$20. I'll look at my bulb tonight and see if it has a part # on it.

looked at the bulb but it was too tarnished to see a # on it. looks the same as a small automotive bulb. i'd just take the entire light up to an auto or marine parts store.
