As strange as it may seems while anchoring the other day my stainless steel cotterless hitchpin did the deep six with only the ss ring left in my middle finger...... go figure.
I am trying to determine the maker of the anchor roller so I can obtain a correct replacement pin.
The BRM4 seems the closest but does anyone know the OEM maker of the roller assembly or can someone tell me the size. Do you think Whaler would tell me the maker. My Whaler dealer say he cannot get the pin and want to replace the assembly for 500.00..... CRAZY
The closest I can guess is the I need a 3/8 x 3.5" pin but I need the exact dimension so it locks securly. I guess I can just get a hitch and lynch pin and use a ss cotter pin if I cannot get the original.
