Frequently Asked Questions http://www.whalercentral.com/infusion...d_faqs.php Your Stencil number should look like this: 5B1776 HIN numbers are 12 characters in length and yours should look something like this: BWC?1717D787 or the missing letter where the ? is could be after the 1717....
