You will find a plethora of examples, sources and ideas on this site. I've got a 1976 11 footer with a 40 hp Evinrude. A bit oversized, but I got it for almost nothing. It has the original steering system. I'm restoring it and building my own console from templates found on this site in the downloads section. Welcome, and good luck!
