I have a 2008 130 Sport and I am trying to find something to use to cover the white deck that is constantly getting scuffed and dirty with a boat full of kids and almost daily use. I am mostly looking into something that will help me cut down on the OCD issue I have of spending countless hours cleaning and scrubbing the deck to keep it clean. I just saw these Dry-Deck interlocking 1 by 1 foot tiles that look as though they would protect the deck as well as keep it clean and allow drainage. However after looking at the fact that it will cost me between $200 and 300 I was wondering if they were worth it or if anyone had other suggestions, thanks

I had those on my Grady White when I bought it. Makes it worse and you have to secure them which means drilling holes. The deck is a constant up keep. It's a small chore especially with kids but worth it.

[color=#0000ff]I use Dri-Deck inside my council and inside my seat box. Keeps anything stored dry.
The previous poster is right..I would move around if not fastened...

I have used Dri-dek and have found it to be a great solution. In a classic 13' four across is perfect. Apparently there is no longer direct linking from this site to photobucket therefore you will have to cut and paste.

If you use the product you can safely wax the non-skid so you can easily clean the surface when you peel back the dri-dek.

I also use dri-dek on my Dauntless 160. It will solve your problem if you also wax.

I Installed it on both my Montauk and Outrage decks. In more than 5 years of use, no complaints.

I ordered through the company website and it was cheaper than the stores.

I used dry deck under my gas tank, battery box, and in my anchor locker. My previous owner never put a mat under the tank, which wore away the gelboat to bare glass under the tank. After the season I will re-gelcoat. Dry deck is holding up well, secure in place with the hold down straps for the tank and battery. Easu to cut to fit for exacy size, allows water to pass under and sand/dirt do no accumulate underneath. In the anchor locker it protects the gelcoat from the anchor banging and keeps the line from laying in dampness so it can dry out better. I dunno about the entire deck though...

As some of the veteran members know, I did the entire floor of my Montauk to cut down on marks from inappropriate shoes and to prevent damage to the floor from the freight I carry.

When I bought my Outrage, it was the first project I did.

I ferry all kinds of things in my boat (lumber, roofing supplies, lawnmowers, luggage and even an axle assembly from a 1986 Doge Caravan.)

While some say it is a bit rough with bare feet, it is easy to install, requires no screws and is easy to remove for the end of season cleaning.

I picked the almond color and it complements the desert tan really well.

I have some on the deck of my 17 footer.

I originally had white but found after a few seasons it looked dingy and didn't clean well. I replaced the white with black and was worried about it being warm underfoot. But that hasn't been a problem.

My new Dri Dek feels softer than the original. Perhaps they changed the compound or maybe it just stiffens up some after exposure to the elements. I find it comfortable underfoot but it's hell on the knees if working on the motor or scrubbing things down. In addition to the tiles they also now offer larger one piece sheets. And beveled edging that really gives a nice finished look.
