I am getting ready to remove the internal fuel tank from a [1973] Outrage 21. If I don't put another tank into the cavity, does the cavity have to be filled ? Does the tank add to the structural integrity of the hull? What else am I not considering? Thanks.

I'd probably foam in a storage compartment or maybe a fish box. That's good useable storage and I hate to see it go to waste. Structurally, That should help solve any issues also.
