Is it the steering wheel itself?
Or loose on the shaft?
There are set screws on the inside of the spokes where it connects to the hub of the steering wheel.
Are those loose?

The hole shaft seems to be loose. The wheel itself is tight.

I would take the wheel off and have a look.
It the wheel is wobbling now, it should be easy to take off.
