Its a stretched version of the 13 & 15. I guess these boats are taking hold.

Other than the colors, I really l like this boat.

Something about it seems like they are thinking "out of the box". They didn't just make a ski-type boat or a center console, or a flats boat. I know that it is a stretch, but it reminds me of the old 16' hull in that you could use the hull in many different configurations for different purposes.

I may be over-thinking this one a bit. Smile

Nice. I think I'd like a seat back though. Not sure if it's an option or not.

Overall the boat looks nice. I'm not fond of the color scheme either. They are going after a younger market it looks like.

Not fond of the look. I'll stick with my classic Sport 15.

I think the boat looks fantastic. If the 17' is as well built as the 13's and 15's Ive seen at various boat shows, I'd certainly consider buying one. The 47.5mph top end speed is impressive too!! I like the yellow and blue colors.

Cute exterior - nice form from the outside but what a bathtub interior.

Seriously, they need some new ideas/designers. With all the new materials available and competition in this market you'd think they would try something fresh, hip and comfortable.

The classics are truly wonderful - don't get me wrong - but why not break the mould a bit on a 2010 youth watersport boat.

The black engine doesn't belong at all and should have either a white or matching color scheme - anything but black. No storage and exposed battery and tanks - ridiculous half baked ideas.

Ugly duckling in my books and 15% effort by BW.

I could see my son doing back flips for this one since he is wake boarder... Now in the true style of the Super Sport I think BW may have slightly missed the mark on this one... Fishing should of had a place here, no rod holders or even a thought of a live well... In a 17ft there is room to fit a small live well somewhere.

Clearly they are trying for water sports which is OK. Boat is cool looking... I do like its looks. 47MPH is also impressive for this setup.

As some of you may know I have an SSL and do a lot of water sports and fishing. Hence the strong opinion.

That 4s 90 must have a pretty good punch. At over 1100 lbs. it hits max rpm with a 21" SS prop. I think that's quite an accomplishment. I don't know if hull design has anything to do with it, but it could. As for the boat, I think it looks ok and is set up wll for water sports, but definitely not a fishing boat. And without seat backs, not a cruising boat either.

They are not the same as the old days. These boats look nothing like BW's. It's been down hill ever since they left Rockland.

Ugh..I'll stick with my '81 Montauk that has more storage, classic lines, looks more comfortable ride in and is a fraction of the price.

The boat does look like it performs well, It just doesn't hit the "Mark" because, it seem's (to me) like it's trying to be another type of boat or maybe an Angel Fish. Boston Whaler leads it doesn't follow... or maybe I just like the classic design of the old hulls cause, that's what they looked like when I was a kid.
