About the only thing left available for the 86qt cooler is latches and hinges.
You could buy a new 94qt cooler that replaces the 86qt. You could even use your cushion as that's what many people have done.
Here is my new 94qt cooler with the cushion from an 86qt. You can't tell the difference in cooler except that the lid is about 2 inches taller.
