Thread subject: Whaler Central - Boston Whaler Boat Information and Photos :: Straightening a bent bowrail

It's the forward section on the port side. I can't really see any bend in the section. It just is lower than the same section on the opposite side. I am now thinking that it may be the hot dogs that are bent. Can they be replaced?
