Kevin,
Do you mean the control cables coming from your Yamaha 703 throttle box to your engine or do you mean the teleflex steering cable??
My throttle and shift cables are about 8 feet in length while the teleflex steering cable is about 11 feet long.

The diagram would be similar depending on what side your linkage is on.

Cliff, I was talking about the shift and throttle cables. I have the steering cable already, but I am contemplating putting hydraulic steering in
