A few of my customers have installed either the Wise or Todd cooler seat in the Montauk hull with good success. The ability to flip the back of the seat and sit facing the motor is a great option for boats with limited space. The only problem with the swingback seats is that they sit so low that you can't see over the console. We have addressed this issue with this product:

In addition to converting the swingback seat into a leaning post, my brackets are a great use of space. You can mount rod holders on the sides as well as store a variety of gear underneath the cooler seat from life jackets to tackle boxes.
